The Receipts
Viral claims, checked. Each receipt shows the claim, what the record says, our verdict and the source so you can check it yourself.
Verdicts: True the claim matches the record. Missing context partly right but misleading on its own. False the record says otherwise.
Statistics do not fill plates
That is why Naira & Sense volunteers check the same market basket in five markets per zone, every month — and publish it month to month, so you can compare prices yourself.
